I'm going to start doing monthly resolutions because I have had zero discipline in my life lately. And I'm just a big fan of goals/deadlines/resolutions/etc anyway.
So here we go!
This month I am not going to:
eat ice cream.

I've found that eating ice cream is more of a habit than anything else.
I eat dinner, take a shower, and eat a (large) bowl of ice cream while watching TV/browsing the internet. That scenario doesn't sound too terrible in itself, but when I eat the bowl of ice cream so routinely that I don't even realize I'm eating, that's when I realize I have a problem.
Note: This does not include frozen yogurt. I've been looking forward to Tallahassee fro-yo since the beginning of the summer, and I'm not about to give that up once August 18 rolls around.
This month I am going to:
run (at least) three times a week.

This shouldn't be that difficult, since I actually look forward running now. Miracle? Yes, probably.
But for real, I need to start being an athlete again.

I also need to wear my retainer for a little while every day.
I would say every "night", but I can't wear it through the night because I neglected it for too long and now it hurts like h-e-double hockey sticks to wear it even for 20 minutes. Maybe I'll start wearing it during the time I would normally be eating ice cream. Yes, that sounds fun.
