I just spent a great weekend with my Mom and Nanny...and I miss them already! I had a great time showing them around campus, eating at some of my favorite Tallahassee restaurants, seeing Country Strong, and introducing them to my friends. I hope they come back soon :)
Just wanted to share this recipe because it is SO easy and SO delicious. I didn't come up with it and I don't really remember where I found it, but here it is:
2 cans crescent rolls
3 chicken breasts (boil, then shred)
1 (10-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Separate crescent rolls into 16 triangles. Spoon chicken onto each triangle. Roll up and press to seal edges. Place rolls in a 9" by 13" baking dish. Combine soup, milk, butter, and 1 cup of cheese and heat over low heat. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour sauce over rolls. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rolls are browned.
Warning: this is not low-fat, low-carb, or low-cal... :)
Love you all!
just so you know I DO check this without you telling me you updated it!! We had such a great time and can't wait to come back for another visit. I Love you and your roommates and friends...and all the restaurants too :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely going to make this recipe - thanks for posting it bc I never did make a copy.
